We all experience anxiety from time to time, and feeling anxious is a natural reaction to some situations. Unfortunately, sometimes those feelings of anxiety can become constant, overwhelming or out of proportion to the situation, and this can then affect your daily life.
Treatment only takes a few sessions, and you will start feeling better from your first appointment.
Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Individual experiences of grief vary and are influenced by the nature of the loss. Some examples of loss include the death of a loved one, the ending of an important relationship, job loss, loss through theft or the loss of independence through disability.
Chronic Pain Relief
Pain has a purpose when it relates to a new injury or problem. It gives us the urgency to deal with an issue, relevant to how much of a problem it is. However, once we have had a proper medical diagnosis and the tissues are healed, or will never heal, and no more can be done except pain relief, that’s when OldPain2Go® can help – even when nothing else can!
Fears & Phobias
Fear is an emotional response. A person can react fearfully to either a real threat or a perceived threat. Fear can be a good thing as it helps you avoid a potentially dangerous situation.
You can develop fears of many things, including dogs or flying in an airplane. Some people develop a fear response (such as shaking or sweating) when they confront their fear.
Phobia is a response to something that is not a threat. This is why phobias are sometimes called irrational fears. The response is so intense it may interfere with your ability to function or perform daily tasks. Simply thinking about the feared item can trigger symptoms of anxiety.
Everyone has ups and downs. Sometimes you might feel a bit low, for lots of different reasons. People may say that they are feeling depressed when they are feeling down, but this does not always mean that they have depression.
Depression is a long lasting low mood disorder. It affects your ability to do everyday things, feel pleasure or take interest in activities.
Anger is a natural emotion; however, when it is not managed properly, it can become an unhealthy and destructive force. Uncontrolled rage can leave us feeling disregulated and can lead to us taking our anger out on those we love. Instead of letting anger get the better of us, it is important to find healthy ways to express it. I can help individuals to identify the triggers of their anger and address the underlying causes.
Relationship breakdowns can happen for a variety of reasons, from growing apart to being in a toxic relationship. Unhealthy relationships, such as those with a narcissist, can cause extreme emotional and psychological damage, leading to a breakdown. Ultimately, sometimes it's better to be apart, even if it's hard to come to terms with how you've been treated. It can be scary to move on in case you find yourself in the same situation again.

My therapeutic coaching process is non-judgmental and works to identify and clear the obstacles that are keeping you from achieving your goals. The combination of techniques allows us to explore problems holistically, on the level of both body and mind.
How Does It Work?
Our sessions provide a safe, non-judgemental space in which to gain greater awareness about the issues you are experiencing and identify the root causes. We get really clear on where you are now, where you would like to be and what is getting in the way. You work with effective tools to move gently through those obstacles (which are often unconscious), so you can move towards the change you want to experience.
The Platinum Package - provides an inclusive and empowering therapeutic coaching experience that clears the past, to create a more fulfilling future. Tailored to individual needs, and focused on finding solutions. I work with my clients for 12 weeks, helping them to identify and remove blocks that are stopping them from achieving their goals. Together, we can create a plan and take the necessary steps to get you to where you want to be.
